About Your Therapist

Mary J. Adams is licensed in Family Therapy and Addictions. She is very experienced and has been practicing in Cheyenne, Wyoming for over 20 years. She participates in confidential work with many individuals, couples, families, teens and children in the community. She is committed to helping people live better lives, feel successful, and have healthy relationships. She works well with healing trauma and is trained in EMDR. She is seminary trained. She is happy to coordinate care with other professionals and systems. She is friendly and approachable, willing to meet with you and discuss your healing journey.
